Using recycled parts such as glass and computer chips, a kind of hybrid concrete is created that stands as a conceptual solution for the waste problems of the world. The obsolete recycled parts are mixed into a permanent structural material such as concrete in order to attempt to find new solutions to avoiding landfills and shifting towards a more socially conscious solution to waste.
