With the aid of the CNC Milling machine, the ‘Ribs’ of this stool can be cut so that each piece is exactly like the previous. The stool is made up of only 3 repeated pieces, as well as 4 dowels that hold the stool together. As well as creating the structure of the stool itself, the ribs also created an interesting hourglass-shaped silhouette.
